This workshop focuses on the iconic dishes that made Indian cuisine famous worldwide - rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. Together, we will prepare Butter Chicken, tender chicken pieces in a creamy tomato sauce with mild spices. Smooth, slightly sweet, and indulgent. Alongside it, we will make Nann, a soft, warm flatbread baked at high heat, with a lightly crisp exterior and a fluffy, airy centre. We pair these with a refreshing Lassi, a yoghurt-based drink and Lachha Pyaaz, an onion salad, which balances the richness of the meal. The focus is on technique - how to build flavour, achieve the right texture, and recreate restaurant-quality dishes in your own kitchen with confidence. The course is held in English.
